Licence
Short version: buy it once, use it on as many of your own or your clients' projects as you like, do not resell the theme itself.
You can
- Use a theme on unlimited personal projects.
- Use a theme on unlimited client projects, and charge your client for the work.
- Modify anything: the markup, the CSS, the data layer, all of it.
- Keep using it forever, including after any future price change.
- Hand the built site over to the client as part of your work.
You cannot
- Resell, sublicense or redistribute the theme itself, modified or not.
- Put it in another theme, template, bundle or starter kit for sale or for free.
- Share the download files with people outside your own team.
The free templates
The Lite versions are free for personal and commercial use on the same terms: use them on real projects, do not resell them as templates. They also sit in public GitHub repositories, so read the licence file in the repo if you need the formal wording.
Photography
All demo photography is Unsplash and Pexels placeholder imagery, credited in an image credits file inside every theme. It is there so the demo looks like a real business. It is not licensed to you as part of the theme and should be replaced with the client's own photography before a site goes live.
Refunds
Purchases go through Gumroad and are covered by Gumroad's refund process. Every theme has a free version and a public live demo precisely so you can check it suits you before paying. If something is genuinely broken, email me and I will fix it or refund it.
