Upshot is a seven-page site for an AI agent startup, built for founders who would rather ship the product than design the website. The hero shows the agent working: a live diagram of agents, systems, people and decisions that redraws itself for each job, a fan-out, a handoff, a retry loop and an edit loop, all drawn from one JSON file. Below it, a scroll story takes a single run from first signal to approval to the run log, so visitors see exactly what your product does and where a person signs off.
