Voss is a portfolio for developers and design engineers who want the site itself to be the proof of taste. The hero sets your name huge on a field of colour with your portrait between the words and your project windows scattered around it. Pick them up and throw them. Scroll, and each window travels into its place in the work grid while the portrait shrinks and docks in the nav. Open a project and its window morphs into the case study, with every page change animated natively by the browser.

Voss is an animated portfolio template built with Astro, for developers and design engineers building their own portfolio. Buy it once and use it on your own portfolio or on client projects, as many as you like.

  • site.json: your name, role, intro, status, email, location, socials, portrait, default palette and form endpoint
  • projects.json: your projects, covers, screens and case study text

  • Astro 7, zero frameworks, one global stylesheet, with Lenis smooth scroll as the only vendored script

  • Native view transitions: pages rise over each other and the window you click morphs into the case study
  • Microinteractions throughout: name letters that swell on the width axis near the cursor, letter-roll links, a sliding nav marker, magnetic buttons, cursor labels, word-by-word statements and a curtain footer
